How long is the demo?
About 20 minutes, plus time for your questions. If you want to go deeper into a specific module — risk analysis, BAAs, evidence — say so when booking and we will plan for 30.
Who runs the demo?
A healthcare compliance practitioner from our own team — the same people who deliver gap assessments and risk analyses. Not a sales development rep reading a script.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. It helps if you know whether you are a covered entity, a business associate, or both, and what is driving the timeline — a customer security review, an insurer, or building from scratch. The booking form asks for exactly that.
Will you show pricing on the call?
Pricing is already published on the pricing page, with a 3-year price lock. On the call we will tell you which tier fits and whether you need services at all.
Is the demo a sales call?
It is a working session against your actual environment. If SuperHIPAA is not the right fit — say you only need credentialing, or a one-off risk analysis — we will say so on the call and point you at the right thing.
Can I try the platform instead?
Yes. There is a 14-day full-platform trial with no card required. Many teams do the demo first so the trial starts with their context already loaded.
What happens after I submit the form?
